| NIH First Time No Cost Extension (NCE) Requests While Sponsored Projects Accounting (SPA) is still able to submit NIH first time NCE requests through eRA Commons, SPA is not receiving email confirmations to indicate NIH has received them. To ensure a record is kept of these submissions, SPA will open tickets in eRA Commons for all impacted NCEs and maintain an internal tracking log. Once the government shutdown ends, SPA will follow up to verify each NCE has been properly processed in the system. |
