Formally known as PERCSS
Two RCR workshops are being held this November. The workshops will feature presentations on WashU policies and procedures related to the responsible conduct of research (RCR). All members of the WashU community who are actively engaged in research and interested in RCR are welcome to attend. It is highly recommended for postdocs, career award recipients, and other junior research team members to attend.
These trainings will be held via Zoom meetings. Due to the NIH’s training requirements for face-to-face ethics training, all participants will be asked to turn on their videos during the meeting. Everyone will be expected to participate in the discussions.
Participants must be present for the duration of the 1-hour training session. Attendance will be monitored throughout the session.
RCR Training Requirements
These events will help fulfill one (1) hour of the RCR requirements for both NSF and applicable NIH awards.
- NIH training requirements: Undergraduates, graduate students, and postdocs on NIH training grants, career awards, or fellowships are required to receive 8 hours of RCR education.
