This workshop provides both a conceptual overview and practical introduction to Atlas.ti, a qualitative data management software. It is designed to address common questions that new users often encounter. Participants will also explore key considerations in qualitative research, including various strategies, approaches, and analytic frameworks. The workshop is especially recommended for those with little to no experience using Atlas.ti, though researchers with some familiarity are welcome to attend for a refresher, to join the open discussion, and/or to share tips and insights.
Attendees will have the option to bring their own laptops for hands-on practice with the software. Using sample data, participants will learn and apply key coding and analysis features of Atlas.ti. The session will also cover strategies for qualitative data collection, coding, and analysis that integrate effectively with Atlas, as well as best practices for using the software in team-based projects.
Free and open to all, registration is requested.
