Bernard Becker Medical Library is hosting a virtual workshop to explore a variety of popular biomedical research databases for genomic data analysis featuring Madhurima Kaushal, Senior Bioinformaticist Institute for Informatics Data Science and Biostatistics.

The workshop will occur on Zoom and will provide an in-depth practical introduction to major biomedical research databases and how to use them effectively in your own projects. It will also feature live demonstrations on how to query, navigate and download publicly available data from resources such as GEO, TCGA, CBioPortal and cellxgene.
