STAR 322: Training Grants (Pre-Award)

1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

This two-part advanced STAR class provides a comprehensive overview of NIH training grants, including T32, K12, and R25 mechanisms, with a focus on both pre-award and post-award processes. Please note that attendance for both dates is required for STAR certificate credit.

Participants will receive guidance on timelines, application components, systems (xTRACT, xTRAIN, S2S), financial management, and program oversight from experienced administrators. With significant changes to systems and requirements in recent years, this course is especially valuable for those who have not worked on a submission in a while and need a refresher.
