Uploading Common Forms to RMS or eRA Commons

To attach the Biosketch or Current and Pending (Other) Support files to RMS or eRA Commons:

• Download the certified Common Forms from SciENcv (you must be a delegate in SciENcv to download someone else’s forms)
• If necessary, edit the name of the downloaded file. Do not make any changes to the PDF.
• Do not flatten the PDF of the Common Forms.
• Upload to the correct section in eRA Commons or RMS.
