New Payroll Toolkit

Research Administrator Community,

We are pleased to announce that the Research Education and Information (REI) team has recently developed a comprehensive Payroll Toolkit in partnership with various departments. This toolkit includes topics and best practices which provide practical examples and detailed guidelines that departments can choose to adopt as standard procedures. Our goal is to ensure that you have all the necessary tools and knowledge to efficiently manage payroll processes, thereby enhancing the overall support for research activities at our institution.

We would like to thank everyone in the central offices and departments who provided feedback. We are committed to continuously improving and updating its content and therefore encourage all members of the Research Administration community to share suggestions that will further enhance the toolkit’s effectiveness.
