James Daily, JD, Rachel Sachs, JD, MPH and Dani Adams PhD, MSW will present an
overview of their recent exploration of legislative policies affecting research in
psychedelics, including:

• The impact of current events at FDA on psychedelics research and policy
• A summary and discussion of early findings from a review of legislative
  developments
• A discussion of future work by the CHIRP Policy Analysis Unit, including
  • A guide for policymakers
  • A planned panel discussion including state legislators working in this area
  • A survey of psychedelics researchers regarding the impact of policy on
    their work
