Dr. Brittney van de Water, PhD, RN, CPNP, FAAN, is an associate professor at Boston College and associate director for pediatric nursing at Seed Global Health. A global health implementation scientist, her work focuses on improving TB and TB/HIV care in low-resource settings. In her talk, “Empowering the Frontline,” she will highlight how nursing-led implementation strategies can strengthen the care cascade, improve outcomes for high-risk populations, and leverage frontline providers to drive sustainable, data-informed change in global health systems.
