In this session, attendees will learn how to develop complex ARPA-H budgets or those by other task– or milestone-based projects. Presenters will discuss ARPA-H agency culture and expectations for proposal budgets as well as resources needed to develop complex cost proposals.
The presentation will include a deep dive into the sponsor budget workbook and aligning the budget to schedule tasks and milestones.
