Research-related training will transition to Workday Learning on Monday, April 27, 2026. The previous learning site, Learn@Work, is being discontinued in mid-2026. WashU has already transitioned many trainings to Workday Learning including Code of Conduct and Harassment Prevention.
All remaining training that is currently in Learn@Work will move to Workday, including all courses listed on the Trainings for Researchers page.
Key Updates
Review the Workday Learning Transition from Learn@Work webpage for information and check back regularly for new updates.
Research-related training will be available in Learn@Work through 5 p.m. Friday, April 24. In-progress training must be completed in Learn@Work by this time. If training is not finished with a Successful course status by 5 p.m. Friday, April 24, training must be restarted in Workday Learning.

Preparing for Workday Learning
This session will provide a general overview of the transition and how research training functions in Workday Learning.
