Complete all Learn@Work Training by Friday, April 24 at 5 p.m.
Researchers are encouraged to complete all incomplete training in Learn@Work by Friday, April 24 at 5 p.m. After that time, completed training records will move to Workday Learning. Any courses not fully complete by Friday at 5 p.m. must be restarted in Workday Learning. See an example of courses that will and will not transfer.
To view all incomplete training in Learn@Work, navigate to the menu and select “Me.” This opens your plan page, where you can find training marked as Incomplete or In Progress.
Assignments and Notifications
Courses will not be automatically assigned in Learn@Work after April 20. The Compliance Profile will remain available until noon on Friday. All courses will be accessible until Friday, April 24 at 5 p.m.
Any training without a successful completion in Learn@Work will be reassigned in Workday. You will receive a notification for all new assignments and overdue training.
The new Workday assignment does not grant an extension for overdue compliance training even though a new due date will be generated. Please complete all training as soon as possible.
Transition Period
If you are registered for any live trainings, your registration will transfer to Workday Learning, and an event will be sent to your Outlook calendar.
While content owners and Workday have thoroughly tested and planned for this transition, moving a decade of learning courses, assignments, and history will come with an adjustment period.
